having some trouble with my turboed lude

well most of you who live on the east coast know there was a big snow storm last week...and my problems started right after that

problem number 1:
on my way to work one day i noticed i didn't feel the power of the turbo kick in...i hear it spool and blow off but no power...so i check my meters and it says once i hit boost i run full LEAN! i got scared pulled over and checked all the hoses and stuff..they all seemed fine so i get to work witout boosting and was gonna check it when i get home...well when i was going back home the problem stopped and i feel the power again...

problem number 2:
again on my way to work when i hit boost level my car starts to backfire like CRAZY and it studders so much that i couldn't even drive...it kinda felt like i was running WAY WAY rich that the car started to bog and backfire alot..so again i check everything and its all good..so i drive to work not boosting and was gonna bring it over my friends house for a through check...on the way back home the problem stopped again..

problem number 3:
later that day of problem 2 i got a check engine light while i was driving...it drove fine but i didn't boost and kept the rpms low till i got to my friends (who is my mechanic too) house...we check the code and it said it was the first o2 sensor...we resetted the ecu and i've been driving for about a day now and the light never appears again..he thinks i might have just missfired once and threw the o2 sensor off or sum junk...

i have a 01 lude with the fmax kit running the fuel system with the MF2 fmax provided and put a walbro fuel pump in to help..

does anybody know what might have happened or what the hell my motor is going through? this weekend imma regap my plugs cuz i've been backfiring alittle ever since i installed my ignition system...and do a good check of everything..but i still don't know whats goin on with my car...all i know is that it just happened after the snow storm..

sorry for long post...and any advice would help greatly..

I have the same problem with my prelude when it sits out side all night and the temp. is below 25 degrees, my problem exists becase of high fuel pressure, (thanks to JacksonRacing).
Have you tried to warm the car up for like 15 minutes then drive it? Sometimes my car has to get all the way warm before the problem stops. Also I think when the ECU reads VERY rich it cuts fuel by a lot, which could have caused your car to run leanunder boost. If anyone else knows why this happnes help us out.

cold air can cause you to run leaner since the air is more dense when it's that cold. Your first problem is that you are using mf2...you should really scrap that for a standalone and you will throw no more codes. Plus you really need to dyno tune that puppy for max power.

yea i thought that it might be cuz it got really cold that my car started running lean but i figured it wasn't it cuz it doesn't happen all the time...plus i don't think it would make it run that lean...my gauge said i was running all the way lean..

the mf2 seems to run fine so far..i'm gonna get rid of it after winter and probably replace it wit bigger injectors, afc, and sfmu...i'm guess it is the mf2 acting up but i dunno why it would just all of a sudden just start.
