The Garrett T28 turbo kit huh?
FMAX and Drag are the only ones who make a H23 turbo kit that I know of, Fmax is pry your best bet. Custom is always good and usually doesn't cost much more.
TrboH22, I hate to throw this thread OT, but it sux anyway, so it's no biggie.... Do you have any vids of your car? I'd REALLY like to see that beast in action.
