H23 tranny or h22 tranny?

I'm in the process of boosting my prelude i have all parts to turbo my prelude but i don't know which tranny to use.
Boosted Stock JDM H22A with H23 tranny or h22 tranny? Which tranny do you think i should use?

H23 Longer gears
or
H22 Short gears

not much difference between the h23 and h22. I would go with the h23 though.

I'd say H23.
In my turbo days I was going to drop in an F23 tranny instead of my H22 M2A4 tranny. With the H22 tranny I went through the gears so quick it felt like I was basically shifting the whole time I was accelerating & not spending any time in gear. That was w/ a 400+whp set up.
