h22 turbo in a civic

My car is currently in the shop for tuning. However, the car would only run for about 10-15 minutes and then shut off. Then it won't start for a while. The tuner also said that when he plug in his tuning device that while the car was running, it fried that device. He thinks there is something electrical is wrong with the car but have no idea what could be causing it.

I know it's a long short and the info provided is not much but have anyone have similar issue?

We have tried changing the main relay but it didn't help.

MY setup,
H22
sleeve
sc61 turbo

here's a few things we've tried but still no luck. any input would be great.

Adding an 8 gauge ground did not help.
The new main relay did not help.
When the car shuts off it happens all at once like you've turned the key off so there's no time to see if spark stops or fuel stops etc.

When we try to start the car after it shuts off and it won't start, sometimes the fuel pump has no power and sometimes it does. Sometimes the car has spark during cranking and sometimes it does not.

Also, every time we go to work on the car the battery is stone dead and we have to charge it before we can do anything

Do you have a system in the car? Check your wiring.
Also, check your alternator.
