h22 log manifold numbers and setups

hey all. I am just wondering what kind of numbers you guys are putting down with log manifolds and with what setups. I'm trying to isolate my problem. I have:
drag mani
gt3071 (t3 .63 turbine)
tial 38mm wg
2.5" dp
open dump
straight pipe
2.5" ex
440 injectors
greddy charge pipes and ic.
10lbs
emanage ar around 12-12.5
9:1 block
full head

241hp.

the power goes flat around 5500.

i have seen dynos w/ ppl making 300+ w/ log manis. i am thinking its my 2.5 dp. i've taken it to 3 diff shops to try and get more. i've heard diff things from each. one tells me to get a 3" dp / ex. another tells me that gt3071's dont come alive until at least 12lbs on a lower comp block. the last shop was just stupid so not even gonna bother typing what they said...

I think u should first start by upgrading ur DP and entire exhaust to 3" I had. Similar problem with my set up. I had a drag manifold with 2.5" catback and d.p. and I wasn't building and boost. Then I changed the pipes to 3" and I got to 20 psi and 435 whp.
