got my car dynoed today...sumthin weird happened

i FINALLY got my car dynoed today and i am not very happy wit the result but something really doesn't make any sense...

to give you guys alil info heres my complete setup:
h22 5spd
fmax turbo kit with MF2 and additional injectors for fueling
ported head
thicker head gasket
manly racing valves
crower valve springs and retainers
jacobs street pro ignition
moroso oil pan
walbro high pressure fuel pump
fidenza flywheel
act clutch
HKS EVC EZ boost controller
apexi dunk catbak exhaust
etc. (other mods aren't important)

heres my numbers (to the wheels) and problems:
first run.. boosting 9.5-10lbs - 195max hp
second run...boosting 7lbs - 205max hp
third run...bosting 8lbs-230max hp
would have ran more but i ran out of time and had to go to work

what the hell is goin on? the person that dynoed my car thinks its cuz i'm running real rich with the mf2 at 10lbs...

but the thing is i made 1/4 mile runs with my turbo timer and i ran a 14.2 on 7 lbs and 13.8 on 10lbs with a passanger in my car but this was a while back even befor my ignition...

i think sumthin is wrong with my wastegate cuz i kinda turned it by accident and now i can't boost past 10 and this is after i made my 1/4 mile runs...
anyone got any ideas?
sorry for the long post

Are you on a dyno with a wideband a/f meter? If you, are then you'd know how lean/rich your running instead of thinking. Also, when you boost higher your intake temps tend to rise, could it be that your intercooler isn't sufficient? I'm at a problem where I can only make an extra pony at 2 extra psi. Still haven't figured it out....

yea i do have a a/f meter and it does say it runs full rich..i also backfire alil so thats a sign that i am running rich...

hmmmm..i never thought about the intercooler thing...but so far all the people i talked to said that my intercooler was good for my setup...

i had jus talked to fmax...they think its cuz i'm runnin closed loop...have you guys really gained that much power from open loop?

the a/f meter is useless
you need a wideband

well the guy that dynoed my car (and i'm down wit his car crew and chilled wit him a few times so hes a "friend" i guess..and i trust what he says) he said he knows that i'm running rich so there was so point in hookin up the wideband a/f meter cuz i wasn't gonna have my car tuned yet...

he made sum suggestions for me to get some and he said next time i bring my car there he'll tune it with the wideband...

Why? You already have the MF2 and 2 additional injectors. You should of asked him to hook up the wideband so you can tell where your A/F's are at certain rpms. Then you can adjust the different potentiometers on the MF2 to control you fuel.

you don't need to buy anything... Just some time on a dyno w/ a wideband and tuning

yea but they didn't have the software to program the mf2...he said he never had a car come in with it...so he couldn't tune it...i can tune pretty much all standalone (hondata, haltech, etc.) and are pros with the afc tuning..i asked around and no one really has any idea of any shops that can tune the mf2..

since i think i f*cked up my wastegate imma get a new one and get a dump tube for my wastegate to run open loop...after that imma get my car dynoed again and if i still have the same problem imma start changing my setup

If I remember correctly, the mf2 doesn't come with software cos it doesn't need to. It has "screws" like adjustment for you to alter fuel at different rpm range.
