I was wondering how much a full turbo kit retails for? I have an H23. Examples: F-max, Drag, etc.........? I was told that in California they have full turbo kits for 2G's. If thats so then Im going to Cali for my kit.

I think the F-MAX and DRAG setups will run about $3500. I wouldn't buy either setup......I'd go custom.

Full kit for $2000? Perhaps used but not new. Drag kits are around $2900 and the F-max kits are around $3400. Unless the kits you mentioned are put together by a private seller. Even then you are not going to get quality parts for $2000.
