Fuel Pump question...help fast

The turbo kit i bought does not have a fuel pump, but i am going to run a vortec fmu. I was just wondering if this is ok to run for a few days while i get an upgraded fuel pump so long as i dont' push the car past 4k. Is this possible?

Also is there any other fuel pump i can use, like from another car, so i can get one quick. I was really set on installing the turbo either tomorrow or this weekend sometime.

Thanks

do not run on stock pump with FMU. I have a new pump from drag kit if you want one.

dangerzone is right. DO NOT RUN WITHOUT A HIGHER FLOWING PUMP.

The only way you can run the car is if you ABSOLUTELY stay out of boost. It has nothing to do with engine speed, it's all about load.

Exactly. It is pretty hard to do so, if you are accustomed to normal driving. Either way, if you get the bosch pump, be careful. The bosch pump is not able to sustain high fuel pressure very well, so do look for an alternative after you get that fuel pump, either look into upgrading the fuel pump, or get a standalone and some injectors...
