I think it would be very helpful if you put down more specific numbers. What is a lot of boost? Are you going over 20psi? Do you have a standalone to manage everything and is your bottom end built up?

okay well i more or less is wanna over do the fuel system alil bit only for the fact that the way i see it is thats how a motor blows up is not enough fuel but as far as the motor it is good crower, JE and iron sleeves more or less its turbo ready i haev to gather some money for the turbo kit i would live to boost high at the track btu my concern now is the fuel system i am think about getting NOS for the time being to keep up with the competion and i would like to get a fuel pump that i need for turbo now before i get too far into my interior adn have too move it all to put it in later (the pump) is a 255lph good? BBK, NOS, Holley, walbro or venom and can i get one for an intrega no one list one for the lude adn i read people swapping interga pumps or something of that nature

It depends on what you are doing for fuel management. Since I am assuming you would be running hondata or a standalone though, you should be fine with an in-tank pump from walbro. Its around 100 bucks and they make them for preludes.

It would also be helpful if you formed your thoughts and/or questions into complete and distinct sentences! Save us all a headache.

What pump you need will depend on how much boost, specifically, you're planning to run and what type of fuel enrichment you're going to use. If you are going to go with really big injectors and a standalone, the pump is much less important. Small (stock or close to) injectors coupled with a RR FMU will require a pump that can flow at very high pressures, which is a tougher thing to find. Consider this; if you boost 10psi at an 8:1 rising rate on stock injectors you are looking at around 120psi of peak fuel pressure. The walbro gss-342, a "high flow high pressure" 255lph pump does not flow enough at that pressure for a 290cc injector at 90% duty cycle. But at 60 psi, it flows enough for injectors twice that size.

So, are you going standalone? (haltech, pms, hondata, etc)

Sorry about that post i was kinda in a hurry. Okay i was thinking about not running a standalone and using a fuel controller but that sounds like more work so i think i just might get an Accel DFI, AEM, or Hondata what do u guys recommed?
Do i really need something that rises fuel pressure and boot rises(fmu i believe) or can i use a FPR?
