How important is getting a fuel pump, fpr, and a fuel rail when getting a turbo that will not run above 8psi for now. Is it a 'piece of mind' thing or is it needed? I am just trying to cut cost as I am over $6000 already in parts alone for this turbo setup. This is what I am thinking of getting if I really need it:
If you're running a standalone, all you need is the fuel pump. Everything else is 'Nice to have'. If you're not putting down much power, you technical don't even need the fuel pump. The stock fuel pump will flow a good amount at stock fuel pressures. I wouldn't risk it though.

Mind me asking what fuel pump you are using? I was thinking of getting the Walbro in-tank high pressure 255 ltr/hr, but I've heard that some pumps are noisy.
I'm currently running the Walbro fuel pump.Im also using 440 cc,and all my tuning is done with an V-AFC.. So far its running good,But ive only had the setup for 2 months.....
I have Walbro 255lph in-tank. It makes lil buzzy sound, but it's nothing compare to my friend's bosch in-line. You can hear his pump about 20 feet away.
Thanks for the info guys. I'll be ordering the Walbro in-tank today. Apparently it's the quietest one. I guess I'll try dynamatting the tank to reduce the noise.
