sure, although your revs don't go up much faster unless you're in neutral.
it reduces parasitic drag, 10 pounds less for the motor to spin around. makes it a bit harder to get the car off the line on a hill, but i really liked mine. felt great. good mod.
don't know exactly, around 20 pounds. i bet if you do a search it will come up. it felt almost 2x my fidanza/cm flywheel. and of course it spins at engine speed, not wheel speed.

wild guess, but maybe the flywheel makes your reves go up faster, and by doing that, it increases the speed of the exhaust gasses? since i'm guessing that higher revs = faster exhaust gasses? *shrug*
I have the 8 lbs Clutchmaster's flywheel. The difference is very noticeable, at neutral, of course, but also in first and second gear when the RPM climbs quickly enough to make the difference in rotational inertia worth it. Past third gear though, no noticeable difference but you know it's there and doesn't hurt.
One point though (not necessarily negative), you have to shift faster otherwise, since the RPM falls down much quicker, those slow, grandma-like shifts will make the engine bog when depressing the clutch.
IMO, it's a Great upgrade. Much better and safer than the lightweight Crank pulley.
