What exactly does the state inspection include in Texas? I know they hook up a computer line to check the obd2 but I'm not sure what it checks. I may have a problem cause I don't got a cat not a second o2 sensor.

After how our fearless leader GW Bush handled environmental laws in Texas when he was govenor, I wouldn't expect emissions laws to be too harsh there. Woops, sorry, I'm getting political....

In MD you can ususally pay off the emmissions workers. They're low paid, so they dont give a ****. I do it every year. There's always a worker there willing to take cash.
