effects of forced induction on high miles f22

Just a question from a uninformed person. I have a "S" lude with 168 thousand miles in exceptional shape I am looking to add a turbo or super charger but with forced induction you are putting lots of stress on your engine correct? I was just wondering you guys opinions on the effects of doing this to my car. Thanks for your time.

There is a local guy that got his f22 built and is running a 100 shot or 150 shot of nitrous. Personally I would use that money to get a vtec engine swap. More reliable and some members have been getting great times out of the JDM h22a.

With that many miles on your car, I doubt you would get far before it would be toast with a turbo or SC

You could get lucky, but I would definatly have the extra money to rebuild your engine in case you do fry it...

depending on the mileage of the motor, your probably headed for trouble. I'd take that money and get a new motor (of some sorts) and boost that. If nothing else, rebuild the motor with that money and boost on top of that. near 200K is pretty fierce
