ECU question for FI

Alright so the car is ready to get tuned and I am about to bring it up to the dyno next week for everything. I am going to be running a p28 with Hondata and my question is this. My p13 is sold and I need to drive my car to the tuner. Can i use the P28 to get up there without messing anything up? I know its kind of weird but I need to give my friend the p13.

Any ideas??

Thanks!
