Well, you have a few other options also. You can get a P28 or P72 (Civic VTEC and Integra VTEC) computers, and backdate to OBD1 with a relatively inexpensive jumper harness. Then you can run a Hondata S300, which is familiar to most Honda tuners, and plenty capable for what you want to run on a stock block (I know you know, but...yeah, it might blow up

). This of course would get you thrown in jail if you tried to get an emissions test in California.
The AEM, MOTEK, and ALTEK are all great, but unlike the Hondata, they're standalone ECUs, and require a lot more tuning. For really serious builds, all the good tuners I've talked to love the AEM, because it is a much more powerful computer than any chipped ECU. This only matters with the 1000 hp cars, though, for your application the Hondata s300 would be a very safe setup. I'm running an 8-9psi Jackson blower on an s300, and I really like it.
Bottom line, you can get the s300 for 500-600, the AEM is usually around $1000 or more, and tuning can be more also. The Hondata will plug and play, also, as far as the jumper harness goes, if you go that route.
As for injectors, I'd go with Russ Collins (RC) injectors. If you're doing 6-8 psi, I'd go with 550cc, especially if you're at a lower altitude. If you're shooting for 300hp, you might step up into the 650-750cc range, if you call RC injectors, they'll tell you the best size. Precision injectors are pretty good, but I'd stay away from Bosch and Venom, I've heard mixed stuff on those. Plus, RC makes peak and hold injectors, so you don't have to pull out your injector resistor box, they're plug and play, and you get a cool injector dyno sheet.
Hope this helps! Good luck with your car, and post some pictures and dyno sheet when you get done.
