Which Is Easier on The Engine?

Just wanted to know (in general) Is it easier on the engine to run high comoression and less boost or more boost and less compression assuming it;s fully built engine and tuned well. lets say 12bs of boost and 12:1 pistons to much? And if so which would be better 12lbs of boost and 9:1 pistons or 18lbs of boost and 12:1 pistons?thx

It is easier on the motor to run higher boost and lower compression. There is less chance of preignition or knock.

The real answer though is totally dependent on the tune.
