DSM Turbo Build Help

I have a H23 and I am considering of doing the DSM Junkyard Build. I have access to all the DSM parts but am thinking of doing a 16g turbo. I am planning on running around 8 psi. What internal work would I have to do to run around 8psi? I'm not looking to make ridiculous power for now but around 230 hp or so. Thanks

8 psi should be ok with a good tune. What are you going to use for fuel management?

^^^ true haha its possible. Well I've read upon Crome, Hondata s300, and also Ectune. What management system would be best for this kind of setup? Its not going to be a full out race car or anything. I plan on building the motor up in the future, but right now I just want to safely boost with the stock internals.

My personal favorite is Neptune. Best quality/price ratio. I hate Hondata mostly at a corporate level, so I don't want to recommend them. However, lots of tuned S300 cars rolling around.

I've read good things about Neptune and thats what I'm leaning towards. I have a turbo that i can get my hands on and its a Mitsubishi TEO4H. Is this a good size for the setup I'm looking for?

A 16G would be very good I think. Stick with one of those. Even a small 16G should keep you to 8psi until redline.

I was thinking about getting a 16g but i can get that TEO4H dirt cheap or free. I just want a turbo that will spool quickly but hold till redline while giving me good mid power at 8 psi
