Do I got the right Plugs?

I ordered 2 sets from a member on this board. They just regular copper, NGk 1 step colders. The part # is zfr7f-11 what I'm concerned about is the "projected gap type" thats written on the box.

The part number is correct, though do you think they could be referring to the "extended type?"

NGK wouldn't have two difference spark plugs carrying the same part number. Where did the other member buy it from?

Looks good to me!

$10 says it's just a translation discrepancy.

hahaha ya I was over in Japan the past summer and they don't bother to learn a second language. I hear its cause the Gov't wants everyone else to learn Japanese, and have Japanese become the universal language... OK sorry that was OT, but thanks, I just had to double check...

they are the right plugs, but you may want a smaller gap. the phrase on the box could refer to the fact that the zfr7f is an extended plug; meaning the electrode is further away from the threads. it could also refer to the fact that the zfr7f-11 is the same plug as the zfr7f but with a *bigger* gap of.. you guessed it, 1.1 mm, or .043". a zfr7f (no -11) has a gap of around .032, or .8 mm.

you can just re-gap them, of course, but i prefer to buy the zfr7f, check the gap, and know it's factory perfect.

Well I found a set of my old platinium plugs I used to use and compared it to my new ones. Here take a look, the left is the platinium bosch, and the other is the ngk zfr7f-11
