Developed fuel press prob. Troubleshooting -Where to start?

Hey guys- give me some advise.
I just relized that my fuel press is not going a high as it used to.I used to get to 78-80psi at full boost(fmu 6:1 - 30psi static pressure). Presently it only gets as high as 60 psi. I have not pulled anything apart yet except for turning in the adj. screw on my adj. FPR to make sure that my fuel pumps can still exceed 100psi.. and it did. I test drove the car at 75 psi static pressure to see how much higher it would go. Most naturally, before boost, the car was very sluggish because of high fuel press. Surprisingly the fuel press. did not rise with boost but fell to about 60psi at high rpms (6000+). This indicates that its not a press prob., but a fuel volume restriction. What do you think?

Here's my fuel set up- stock intank pump
- Bosch inline pump
-ADJ. Fuel press reg.
- Vortech FMU 6:1
- 440 CC Injectors
