decisions decisions..

Hey guys, I'm trying to decide on a good turbo compressor to break into the 600 range. I like Borg so thats an easy sell for me, but I've never used precision before and hear about them from everyone. Not to mention the standard GT line-up.. I'm in the desert, have nothing but time, just not a whole lot of computer access I'd like to pick out a new compressor before I come home that way it's ready to get installed. What sayeth everyone?

Engine: H22a4, currently built for 500whp, will be upgrading components to match the increase.

Goal: Just over 600whp on the dyno, so as long as the compressor doesn't max out at 600-610, that's what I'm looking for. I just need to narrow my selection down so I can focus on those when I actually have time online here.

Price-range: Flexible, figure around $1,500 give or take a few hundo.

Also, do we have any H2B guys lurking in the FI section? I'm curious if anyones had problems putting serious power through them, and if so, what and when?

Thanks guys!

680 is a little high on what I'm looking for this go round. My goal is to find a compressor maybe 620-650. I want to use as much potential as I can squeeze out of the turbo (i.e. spool speed, etc) without maxing out the limits of the turbo. That way I get good response and a little longer life span (enshallah). If I decide to go for the 7's, I'll upgrade to my goals and creep upward, but for the near future no more than breaking 600. I was looking at the GT3788R as a possible route to take. I also looked at the S362/364. Another thing I'm looking at is doing BB, not journal. Thanks for the response and good luck!
