Well Im back again, after meeting an exit ramp at 90mph and fixing up the lude with Z3 fenders vented hood (black widow vented hood perfect spot for the SC to get some cool air) and R34 bodykit with black widow SS and rear. Im back to square 1, UNLESS I reset my ecu before driving I get CEL 13, it has been about a year since I posted regarding this and I've done some searching on PO and google regarding this cel but still have not found anything concrete to fix it, I now have a switch inside the car to reset the ecu just cuz I got sick of pulling the radio fuse, I'd like to finally get this fixed since the lude is now a daily driver and the NSX is the weekend and good weather cruiser.
As usual thanks for your help in advance.

Reason: 20% of the time CEL 5 comes up for the MAP Sensor!
I've done the full throttle test for 5 sec in second gear and it doesnt come up then. If the ecu is reset before driving I can drive for hours and it doesn't come back up, I guess nothing new on PO, I got some info from honda-tech though which I am going to try here is some of it from a thread...see if it makes any sense to you!
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's it.
Ha, I fixed it! It's an E-Manage only fix. Sorry I can't help you much.
Here's the equation one would need to duplicate this:
Take your EManage correction factor (Injector Change).
old / new = correction... in my case:
240cc / 355cc = .677
This is roughly how much air the E-Manage is going to pull out with an adjustment of 0. It's going to drop it to 67.7% of it's former air pressure to get the ECU to get back to the right injector duty cucle.
Now, take 1/correction to get how much air you need to add to get back to stock.
1/.677 = 1.48. You need 1.48x as much air pressure at idle to get it back to stock pressure. This is 48% more air.
Therefore the airflow adjustment should be 48% (I rounded to 50%). I made the correction at 0% and 3% throttle, at 0 RPM, and made the next increment of 100 RPM to be 0% (my normal setting).
Check the graphs out below. You can see before I start, the input and output of the Greddy MAP voltage is 2.83 volts. When I start it, and the RPM goes about 100 RPM, the voltages separate to be where they belong for the oversized injectors (.95 input, .75 output voltage).

Anyone else? this doesnt have answers on honda-tech.com either....wow I wonder why honda made this CEL 13....haha....well for now I'll keep resetting the ecu before I take off....ALSO does anyone know my cause of running super rich could be that I've moved on to the e-manage but still have the JR Fuel Pump? Do I need to switch back to the stock fuel pump so the e-manage can correctly calibrate the 550cc injectors?
Thanks!

Hey Shark if I cant find the stock fuel pump, would it be ok to just have a FPR installed and set to stock fuel pressure? I will be getting the car tuned again next week hoping for better numbers but would like to make sure the fuel supply is correct so I can get the best tuning cuz roughly I'm just getting about 14mpg and black smoke is on my bumper after a 5min trip...but it takes of like a mother under WOT.

Well Im over the whole CEL 13 crap it actually works out better for me to leave the CEL on then to keep on resetting the ECU. Since it doesnt do anything to the performance of my car and the ECU gets to build fuel tables Im starting to get better gas mileage out of the lude around 20mpg...I'll hit you guys up with the next dyno numbers....THNX
