can't achieve full boost on 9psi JRSC setup

My setup:
3000 miles on 9psi JRSC
P28+ Hondata 200b
550 injectors
I/H/E/pulleys

I check the tightness of the main drive belt and supercharger belt. The bearings of all the idler pulleys were fine and each pulley was rotating freely. I can only obtain 7psi of boost instead of 10psi before and the car doesn't pull as well. I bought the kit used but the blower itself was "rebuilt". There is a light grinding sound coming from the blower pulley which sounds like a bad bearing to me, could that be the source of the problem? or bypass valve?

^^^ Just curious but what kind of cat are you using? If it's been on there for a while, then it could be clogged up. That happened to me once with my JRSC.

Carsound cats will clog very fast. I had a new carsound cat and it lasted mearound 3 months with my JRSC.

wow...I should have just ran a test pipe lol
I could only hit 10psi at around 2.5 rpms and then it quickly drops to 5psi after that

Did you ever get Goodyear belts? That's mostly all I ever ran, and I never had belt slip issues.

Goodyear belts eh? Are they much better than the Dayco ones? I'm running Dayco and haven't had any issues.
