can i turbo stock h22a1

i have a h22 stock have intensions on eventually doin a full rebuild on it but i was wondering if i could turbo it stock for now even if i just run low boost

No. The extra boost will blow the welds off the intake.

If you do decide to go the turbo route, make sure the floorboard is bolted in securely.

No joke, I knew a guy who had a friend that didn't reinforce the floor boards... I won't even say how bad it was, way too graphic

I do think that SEARCH makes a bolt on turbo kit for the H22a1

If SEARCH doesn't have the correct application, I'd definitely look into overnighting something from Japan.

but will the stock motor hold up or should i wait till i get new bottom end and also i was told that i have to resleeve the engine is that true

If you get the SEARCH setup you should be fine up to 24PSI on a stock motor. No need to sleeve the engine it stays plenty warm without sleeves. Make sure to get the noobilization feature with the intake tract too
