Built h22 Manifold options

Hey everyone. I have hit a snag on my build yet again. I can't seem to find a good flowing turbo manifold that is A/C compatible. Ya I know I am a loser for putting ac back in my built prelude, but i live in south florida. I even called someone who fabs up mani's for a living and he said we would have to relocate your alternator and remove the ac compressor. Screw that. I didnt think going with a good flowing manifold ment loosing your ac.
P.S. The emgine is a sleeved h22 with weisco 9:1 pistons, eagle rods and a stock valve train. Thanks for you help

Doesn't spoolin performance have the quick4ac manifold for the H series? its not listed on their site, and i'm not sure that that alternator stays in the same place but it's worth a shot. I've been doing some series thinking about going turbo and I can't seem to settle on a turbo manifold.

I'm with you, I live in louisiana and I can't give up my a/c hahaha. PS maybe...

Let me know what you find out from Spoolin Performance.

Hey,

I have talked to spoolin, they dont make them anymore for the h22 do to complications!
The only choices that I can find is Peakboost and Lovefab, which you do have to lose A/C. Either then them you have to go log style!

You can go lovefab and still get one that's A/C compatible. You have to talk to them. I've talked to cody and they have one called the sidewinder. It's not on the site and it's expensive. You'll also be one of very few that have this manifold.

I only know this because I contacted them with that question and cody got back to me very quickly. The only bad this is it's $$$$$. Depends on how bad you want A/C.

well... i was just on spoolinperformance.com and they do have a equal length manifold that is ac compatible. i have the quick4 manifold... no ac... but they are still making them. i made 330hp w/ that manifold at 13psi w/ a small turbo crapping out. 3"dp and 3" all the way out. it was 54 trim turbo. so ... it spooled quick and died off about 6800. now i have a bb 60-1 turbo from precision.... im looking to make 400+.
