BOV issue

i Bought used intercooler piping and my buddy gave me a bov he had extra. Problem is the flanges dont match up. I bought the pipping from someone on here but deleted all emails and pm's awhile ago so cant even ask him what bov he used. The flange on my BOV is bigger then the one on the pipping so the holes don't line up. It looks to be .25-.50 inch bigger i'll have to double check. The bov i found out is just a cheap greddy replica i guess. its a "jdm" most likely from ebay or wherever else. It looks exactly like this one
UNIVERSAL JDM TYPE-S TURBO BOV BLOW OFF VALVE+HOSE BLUE on eBay!

I know everyones just goin to say its gunna break and to just get a good quality one. And i have no problem doing that but would rather wait until this one breaks first :-P

So my main question is does anyone have any suggestions on how i could customize this to work.

Cutoff the existing flange pipe. did your replica come with the flange? just weld it on if it did.

plus when the knock off breaks you risk messing up your motor, get an xspower bov type H off their website for 50bucks with shipping budget friendly(thats what ive been using since my build holds up to 30psi)plus its the loudness bov on the market still i believe.

thanks! i'll probably just do that then. Where did u get your adapter kit from? There is soo many I dont know exactly which one is best. im obviously assuming im gunna have to chop the old flange and weld this one on. Also did u have any clearance problems with ur hood? dont think it will stick up that high to be an issue but just thought id ask.

heres a link
PRELUDE H22 / H23 SERIES TURBO INTERCOOLER KIT, Acura Honda Intercooler Kits, XS Power Inc.

its a 90mm intercooler & all the piping plus i got the free type H bov with it for $225 with shipping(no welding & no cutting straight bolt on)

Blow Off Valves, XS Power Inc. for bov

mine is sideways so hood clearance is not a problem

I already have intercooler pipping and everything i need for the turbo. That bov doesnt look like it has ur typical bolt on flange which is y i was asking what adapter or flange u used to weld it on. If its not too much trouble could u take a few pics of urs and send it to me. my email is hanisitsa@yahoo.com

the adapter comes with the bov. the bov sides on the pipe tight has a strong oring then you tighten theses allen screws & the lock nuts

havent had any problems coming loose or anything related to the bov
