Seems like it will be a beast! I'm getting that same turbo. What hp are you shotting for? IDK if the Walbro 255lph will be able to handle the power that the S362 will be able to put out.

255lph is just fine for that turbo....you wont outflow the pump....
those 1k P&H injectors will suit it nicely......I mean its about a 65 lbs/min turbo.....you shouldn't have a problem at all with fuel with the walbro....I mean the next step is the aeromotive external 1000lph

For me, I would sacrifice the revs and stick with the OEM or slightly heavier FW.....the chance to rev it up to fast would scare the **** out of me on a mis-shift

Why does everyone think that a Cometic Head Gasket is the way to go? I did my research before putting my built head and short block together and found about half the people that had the cometic head gasket experienced some sort of problem or failure with it. 50% was too high of a risk in my opinion and after talking to my tuner/builder, he said that OEM Honda Headgaskets were so good, that they could handle upwards of 500whp. They are quality built, that's why.

Just some food for thought.

my goal that i would like is upwards in the area of 700whp. buuuut we'll see. as for the cometic head gasket, all i talked to have had no problem. they use them in there drag/track cars. and it was included in the deal.

** only thing holding me up is the mani from synapse. he said it was supposed to be here last week.

yea its a synapse w/EWG 38mm 2 bolt. well see. if i ever get it. he gave me an estimate of a week. going on week 4 now. ONLY thing holding me up is the manifold. thinking bout just getting a refund and having one made locally. prolly will be faster and cheaper. he said it'll go out this week. but he said that every week so far. GMS manifold? there a site?

oh sorry...Im a subaru
Grimmspeed EWG and Up Pipe
GrimmSpeed :: Subaru Racing Parts

Grimmspeed offers a flexpipe UP w/38mm EWG, but Im debating going to the 50mm Synapse....but I think the 38mm TiAL will suffice for my boost applications with what Im running.
