Best tuner near the MD area?

Ive been reading other peoples post and ive tried two shops in my area, JE and Agile and wanted to know if anyone else had any suggestion on who could tune a turbo prelude the best in these areas? Ive heard some decent things about Inlinepro in VA and wanted to know if anyone else thought the same. Seen real good track numbers on their cars at tracks. Basically just lookin for a good tuner who get rid of the daily hestitation in daily drivin. Most likely cause of lack of good tunning. Any recomendation guys?

Get Steven Sakai (http://sgt-racing.com/) in Fredericksburg VA to tune Hondata. He is one of the best tuners in the US but his service also comes at a price =/
