question about track
ok the first time i ever ran my car i got a 15.6 that was with full interor,2 subs in two boxes, my spare, my cds (i have over 500 cds in my car) and with my tires 205/40/17 (they are cheap ass tires) and my rims are heavyer then my stock wheels, well here's my question -->
if i gut my car (take out seats, system, cds, spare, and some inter. body panels) and go back to my stock SI wheel. do you guys think i could hit a 15.4 ? or will i be at about the same time of 15.6 eta

Every 70ish pounds you remove equates to approximately .1 second in the 1/4 mile.

SCC did a test with an Altima. They chopped the **** out of it. It turned out to be about 70ish pounds per .1 second, and that was with sacrifices being made in aerodynamics.

thats surprising cause 70 doesnt seem like that much to shave off 1.0 off a 1/4 mile time. nice info though.

Yeah, i have that issue too. Good article, although they made a nice looking Altima a piece of Junk.
OSOFAST, maybe you should just swap in a h23!

The F22b is an H23, just with .1L less displacement.

I know bro', he always likes to tell me that the f22b is better than the h23, and I just like to mess with him a little. I'll let him and ubetterbelieveit go on thinking their engine's are better though, if it makes them feel better.
Lewis, he's not willing to drive to where I live.
