you dont get any spin and you can only pull off a 2.4? That doesnt seem right, something is wrong with your car. 2.2 60's will put you in the low 15's.

wait, so your car is supercharged??? Do a compression test and leakdown test, to find out if there's any problems with your motor.

so you are launching at 5500 rpm?! dude, that is wierd. you are pulling 2.4 60fts, and launching at that high...i for instance launched at around 4000 my last time at the track, and i could pull lower 2.3s. and with better ets too. if you can launch from 5.5k and not spin the wheels, you should be rockin sub 15s all night long, thats wierd.

Get your valves adjusted and do a compression check. If that checks out my next bet would be your clutch is worn. I ran a 15.1@92 with just an exhaust. Then a year later I had put I/H/Pulleys/ACT Clutch and I ran a 15.2@92 and from there it got worse to the point that I was running 15.4@92. What I finally figured out was the clutch was worn. I only had it on for a year but somehow it had worn out.

I just think is sounds like your clutch because you said your dropping it over 5k and hardly any wheelspin. To me that screams that your clutch is worn and that would affect your times. Like I said my ACT was completel worn in under a year and it took me 3 months of going to the track before I even figured it out. So I'd say it had a good deal of wear in about 7 months.

I replaced the ACT clutch with an Exedy and had the same mods as before. I only got 1 run due to rain and I ran a 15.0@93. So the clutch was obviously hurting my time. I could have broken into the 14's that night if the track didn't close. So clutches make a big difference.

yea but i dunno
i am running just bolt ons
when i had my oem clutch and removed it ...it still had like 50-75% on it and that was with lotsa dragging and stuff
i know my driving skill is there but i think the clutch should be better

if its the clutch man act lost my business

ill check my stuff this week

All I was running was bolt-ons. I know of a lot of ACT clutches that have worn out fast. That is the problem with a lot of aftermarket stuff, it just isn't the same quality as OEM. If it does end up being your clutch, get an exedy. I ran my organic for 1.5 years and a year of that was boosted. It held the power great and never showed any signs of wear.
