Got 2nd in a bracket race!!

Ha Ha I wasn't even going to enter.... i ran consistant 15.4s all night(crazy wheel hop). I was beat by an auto eclipse rs
It was fun...

Oh well just thought i would share

yup. I dosn't really help that we have one of the slowest tracks around... Still fun though

Congrats.

I remember back in 1998, when I entered the NIRA finals. I ended up placing 2nd out of 65+ cars, and being broadcast on ESPNII.

I even made the Quick 8 in the N/A heads up class, as the only stock bodied full interior, car, which was my 93 Prelude VTEC.

I originally just planned on entering, making a few passes, and watching. Instead I got a check from the event, ESPN coverage and a large trophy.

That's what got me hooked on drag racing.

congrats on the 2nd place!!! moving that far up the braket is always an adrenaline rush. consitency is key better to be the slower car who is consistant than the faster car who isnt

it seems like it is a no-brainer that a automatic won since everything it automatic. such as it shifts at the same point every time as long as you smash it.
