Getting closer to 12's

Still the same setup, 205/50/16 yoko es100 tires @16psi. I got the greddy remote switch and set low to 14psi and high boost to 18psi. Launched, ran out first and second then switch and it got me a 13.3@111 I fiddled around with the boost settings till I was able to switch into high in the middle of 2nd gear without spinning tires, best of the night was a 13.2@112.98mph with a 2.2xx 60 ft. I don't think it'll get any better as is, so it's either make more power or lsd. I'm still aiming for 12's on street tires

good stuff. to me it really sounds like with an LSD, you'll break into 12's.

I'm sure you can do better than 2.2 60's. I was getting consistent 2.2's last year with just I/E/P and kumho escta mx tires.

the more power you have, the less traction your gonna get. you seem to forget he has turbo you dont. i used to get pretty decent 60-fts without turbo, then with turbo on street tires i couldnt get better then 2.4. it's kinda hard to get a decent 60 when your tires wanna spin all the way till the top of 3rd.

you should get some slicks or drag radial and see what you can get. i'm pretty sure with drag radials you can maybe hit that 12.

More power = better times, as long as the driver can drive. Practice the launches and you'll run 12's. Drag radials are a great suggestion too.
