Friday night drags.

i ended up taking my car out there for a little fun....i improved my time that night by almost a half second i got 9 runs in the whole night so it was not so crowded. mind you i have never broke into the 15's.

i was running my SE wheels with ES100's at 12psi. and i flat foot shifted 1-2 and barely lifted between 2-3 and 3-4

run 1) 16.149
2) 16.002
3) 15.884
4) 16.272 (missed 3rd)
5) 16.107
6) 16.087
7) 15.900
8) 16.098
9) 15.684

at these races the lights are on a protree, I <3 protree.

my r/t's were mostly dead on, and my 3 quickest were:

.067
.063
.031
and all the rest were under a .280

and the timeslip of my best run:
r/t-.137
60'- 2.315
330- 6.504
1/8- 10.049
mph- 69.68
1000- 13.097
1/4- 15.684
mph- 87.09

Nice man. I have to practice my "barely lifting" shifting. I shift traditionally, no power shifting or anything. At what RPM did you power shift 1-2? Those Tire Pressures seem a little low for a street tire. If it were a drag radial that would be a different story. The low tire pressure might be hurting you by the end of the strip. I run 25/40 in my Falken Ziex 512's.

i usually shift with my foot completly off the gas, but my times went down when i barely lifted.
