well i went for my first night at the track tonight. it took a long time getting used to the ground being so much stickier than regular roads. i managed 4 runs and my best time was a 15.1 with a 2.282 60ft time. my trap was 91mph, doesnt that seem low? i was running 25 lbs in my front tires. it was sweltering hot out, and was like 100 when i first got there. it cooled off by the end of the night. not bad for my first time going though.

with a 2.2 60 ft i dont understand you being in the 15's!?! with a jdm motor u should easily be in 14's with bolt ons, check your car bro You should also be trapping mid 90's btw.

i think it was the weather that was doing it to me. it was sweltering hot and 76% humidity. everyone there was pissed because they were running about a half second more than usual, i talked to alot of people. ill get some better times when theres better weather im sure, i could really feel my car bogged from the heat.

your tranny is killing you...on a side not i ran in this florida heat and humididty..didnt run open header, and ran on my old SI wheels and larger tires so theyre like 8 to 9 lbs heavier than my old set up..still managed a 14.3 @ almost 99...its amzing how much of a difference those "little things" make
Man i dont think the si tranny is killing you. I ran a 14.7 when i had just i/h/e with a 2.3 so its not the tranny. Im selling the lude as soon as i can find a buyer but i am really curious as to what it runs now. Thinkin about taking it to the track tonight but i doubt i will...
