Haha, you guys are retarded........digging up a 2 Y/O thread to what.....keep the import vs. domestic flame going
ANY motor company can build ONE nice vehicle.....what really matters is a car company that builds ALL their vehicles well.........

One question, though: What are you implying in regards to the statement about any car company being able to "build one nice vehicle"? Are you implying that every Honda is a well built, quality vehicle?

I hope not.
Haha, sorry it just seems the import/domestic discussion is a silly one, it's like saying chocolate is better than vanilla cause that's what I like
.......and yes the Honda's built "IN JAPAN BY HONDA" are all quality vehicles, at least on par, with the very best. BTW I'm not talking about the Isuzu Rodeo/Honda Passport, collaboration builds, etc.
Do you own a S1000RR? Awesome bikes! Can't wait to get one on my dyno.......175-180 RWHP. That's just crazy My RC51 puts out 128HP, and my CBR954RR does 146HP and neither of them is "slow".....I couldn't imagine an extra 30HP on a bike that light....

hey man. i am so sorry I offended you and thanks for the advice. My friend was just telling me the same thing. But some wheels are unidirectional. I checked mine. I am not sure. I few times when I was breaking hard it seemed to pull to the right and that's the front tire that's on backwards. What mechanic would make that mistake??? You right wrapping my car around a tree was dumb. But It was a good thing in the end for many reasons. I was just a dumb kid back then. It was a long time ago it needed to happen. I was on a downward spiral that could have ended worse than a broken nose and car. It was a wake up call I needed. but yeah idiotic. I guess I must have really made you laugh... My friends and I all love honda and we have been happy with them. Thats all I am saying. I don't think any company makes every model great and every car as good as the last. Most people I know are proud to own hondas thats all. I think the make really powerful efficient engines. you did catch that I live in Japan right. so i am not really into rice burners... but I do eat a lot of rice. I have a rice cooker. I also like the clean stock look. when I think of a rice burner I think of that Fast and Furious crap. not my style at all. and yeah muscle cars before the 70's were the ****. I always wanted one, and still do. I am sorry. i should not have gotten into this discussion. I just got my prelude 3 days ago and am a little proud of it thats all. for what I paid, I think I got really good car.

Not all of Honda's vehicles are quality. You don't have to look any farther than the SS Prelude for that.
And no, I don't have an S1000RR. Just my R1 that was wrecked in April. It's on the mend at the moment.
i have more vids of me getting smoked by some and me smokeing stock lt1's lpike no tomorow
You mention the LT1 and LS1 like they're even remotely similar. It doesn't take much to handle an LT1. My 15 sec. Prelude never had any trouble w/ them. The LSx, however, is a completely different animal.
re watch my vid,,, that is a ls6 motor in that t/a
I was saying i like lt1/ls1's as in both can be made too be fast...
it is just way easier in the ls1 motors,,,,

So you had a better launch. What happened at the end? I can't even tell.
Also, if that thing really had an LS6, you would have been killed. Badly.
wow if you thought that was bad you aint seen alot,,,there have been way worse grammer than that on the forums...you must be really young
or dont lurk alot because that wasnt that bad....
i will slightly fix it for ya.....but im not perfect like you...and if i give ya
a headache then stop reading....not that hard right cause your so smart????
also that car was a ls6 w some mods too...
you really dont keep up too date on the forums do ya?????
i have no ricer excuss's...i won far and square,,,twice,,,,
won both times by about 2-3 cars...and i did not spray
either....if i had sprayed the race would of been really bad for the t/a
instead of saying im a ricer...why wouldnt you ask for a mod list????
my car is far from a ricer lol,,,,it is more like muscle car than a ricer lol
im susprised you havent heard of me....ever on honda-tech/preludepower/youtube?????
this is the first time i have been called a ricer on a honda forum,,,i thought maybe i would get props.....are you a v-8 owner????
im not saying my car is god there are tons of t/a's and ls1's that would rape my car but not a basic ls6 car w mild cam and bolt on's lol....i beat those car all the time....
your a ford owner right???
a lightning right? i will be bigger man and say those trucks are sweet, there fun and easy 2 mod great motors..
thats the right thing say not ford this and ford that,,,,,,see people like you are people i cant stand you think it's a honda prelude has too be slow when you have no idea what in my car....never under estimate any car...i would never underestimate a ford lightning... but if your mod list one page back is all you have done too it,,,then i will give 2 cars and a hit and still win!!!! and if you want to go strait up i think i could take ya n/a....now this is ricer internet racing that only thing i have done that is ricer like...........
i await your bad ass v-8 excuss's

1.) I'm 31.
2.) Spelling and grammar are something that you should be using every day. Why pigeonhole yourself as an idiot?
3.) A modded LS6 would flat dust you. I don't care if you were spraying or not.
4.) Okay, post your mods. And how about some pics, too?
5.) I've never heard of you.
6.) I've owned V8's and I4's. What's that matter?

I don't own it anymore. I do, however, have enough experiences around Preludes (I owned a 2000 5sp) and Hondas, in general, to know that they're too traction-limited to be truly fast. My L was a high 12 second truck w/ barely $12-1300 in mods. Not nearly fast enough to beat an armchair youtube racer such as yourself.
