Blown shocks, torn CV boot affect 1/4 times?

If you have 2 blown front shocks, would that affect your 1/4 times? if so how much? What about a torn CV boot? Im pretty sure it does but i just want to make sure as how much.

Yes. Blown front shocks = bad launch.

Agreed. Blown shocks could cause you to bounce a lot more and get bad traction. Torn CV boot would have no effect.

Except maybe breaking the axle since the joint has been exposed to dirt and debris. I wouldn't do to much racing on exposed joints!
