97 SH vs. non SS cobalt

hey guys my buddy at work has an automatic non ss cobalt coupe that has the GM performance intake and exhaust but other than that its stock.now im sure i will prolly win but i was just asking since his car is 3 yrs old and mine is 13 with 170,xxx miles lol.im guessing the auto in his car will be his big downfall but please correct me if im wrong.he is getting a new evo soon and i want to race his cobalt b4 he trades it in since i will obviously get killed against the evo

I've raced an SS Cobalt and kept up with him fine. You should destroy him.
