14.991@93.14mph

too lazy to scan..

reaction: .478 (FOUL!)
60ft: 2.276
1/8: 9.689@76.12
1/4: 14.991@93.14

just happy to see a 14 there.. hehe, our track is typically on the slow side by a few tenths..

AEM CAI, DC Header(bottom kinda smashed, not sure about the actual ports), custom 2.5" Magnaflow.. 195/50/15 Toyo Proxes FZ4...(~5-6% too small), and the usual 'hesitation' plague

because of the small tires, my speedo was reading 100+mph when I crossed the line, so now I'm wondering if I had normal sized tires, would that help me overall or not? These small tires are probably helping me get off the line quickly, but could it be hurting my topend?

not too bad, my best run was a 15.09 @ 93.72. Hopefully next time I go out I can get around a 14.9 or lower

It's abit of a tradeoff with smaller tires. You get the benefit of a lighter rotating mass and shorter gearing, but your topend may suffer a little. I don't think it will matter that much though if you are on 15's. You are probably getting more benefits than any negatives. I have a friend running 13's on his civic hatchback, it makes him pretty quick

me or the 5th gen guy? I'm still on good ole USDM H22A1.. we'll see if it improves with the Greddy header coming in, since my DC is bent in(and also since people say Greddy makes more power)

I'm actually quite pleased since HRP is a slower track, (my bone stock 98 Base and 00 Type SH could only manage 15.6@88mph)

as for the tires.. I'm kinda sick of em thats why.. 195 is kinda skinny on a heavy Lude, not to mention slightly worse mileage.. and the horrible tire noise I'm getting from these sets.

im thinking of getting smaller tires for the sole purpose it makes you accelerate faster. with our rpm based engines smaller tires put your rev's slightly higher which is a big plus in my book.

went back after installing the greddy header.. traction was pretty horrible, otherwise I would have gotten a 14.7 or 14.8 at the very least..

60: 2.328 <-- best 60ft for the night
1/8: 9.666@76.52
1/4: 14.942@93.54mph

trapped a best 94.15mph (1 mph over the bent DC)

i guess the small tire thing is working ok, but it's kinda weird to be at 7000rpm in 4TH!! at the 1/4 mile reading 102mph on the speedo.
