my friend ran a 15.9 in his ef with intake and exhaust on his d16.

yeah cuz my friend ran 15.9@84 with 2.5 60' ...

is it possible for him to hit mid 15's if he drops his 60' down to 2.2? plus he was using falken azenis at 22psi

yeah, i would think so because where we were at the track wasn't that good. he had really bad 60' s too i could have prolly ran close to the mid 15s
