Track racing with Tein Flexs

Im new to tracking and ill be tracking for the first time at NPM 06 and i just installed new Tein Flex suspension, whats an ideal setting to set the dampners?Thanks

To be honest, if its your first time, its not going to be something you are really going to appreciably notice. As a general rule you want to run more damping in the rear than the front. When I had Tein SS, I ran 10 clicks in the front, and 14 in the back on the track.
