Sears "Pointless"

I've finally started editing the last Lemons race's videos. First up, Friday practice at Infineon. It's my first time using this DVR so there are plenty of technical difficulties, but it came out OK. I'm still revising it and have at least one more round to go.

It might be practice, but it looks like racing. Apparently Brian has no self control in these types of situations.

I'll be uploading the Saturday and Sunday race videos soon.
By the way, there were three Preludes in the race. The yellow one was a season champion, if such a thing exists int eh Lemons series, but it blew up on Sunday and is now for sale. The white one was new, and the black one DNF'ed at T'hill last November but did well in the is race. All were 3rd gens.

Oh, and I'll be driving in the T'hill race in May. My first race!

I found this one on Vimeo, the #54 3rd Gen Prelude, doing rather well.

The Red Porsche 928 that appears after about 1:45 is our car.

Pointless 2011 went better for us. We had our own car and team. The car was a 1969 Opel GT dressed up like the Compuware Corvettes (Le Mans, ALMS, Pratt&Miller). Sorry, the Prelude is still too pretty and expensive to Lemonize.

Anyway, we came home with two trophies, one for first in C class and the other the Index of Effluency, which is the highest award, paying $1501, $1 higher than first place overall, and goes to a car who prospects were pitiful but it did pretty good anyway.
