Number of turns to adjust toe 1/16th?

I just got an alignment and I asked the tech to give me 1/16th toe out on the rears but he gave me 1/16th toe in instead. I'm just wondering about how many turns I should do to fix it. Here's my numbers:

Get a measuring device that can span the width of the car. Measure the distance from the front of the wheel and measure the distance from the back of the wheel. Then adjust as needed.

Bring it back if they didn't do what you asked for.

If you want to do it your self, measure the difference in distance front the front of the tire, to the rear of the tire, and adjust to the exact opposite. then you'll have what you need. you just need some string.

You are going to have to measure it as both the guys above said. IIRC the rear toe adjustment isn't like in the ront where the inner tie rod turns in the outer tie rod and you lock it with a jam nut. The adjusment is on the inside end of the toe control link. The adjustment is made by turning an eccentric bolt. I think it is pretty sensitive. For example you may only need to turn it 30 degrees. This is on a 5th gen so YRMV.
