so, i'm heading back up to thunderhill in june (friday the 19th) for the unlimited laps group's track day.
what makes this event special is that if you register and pay by june 5th, it's $195. that's a STEAL for a full day, instruction, lunch, etc. most track days are $300+. early registration FTW.

hotels up there are cheap, and they give discounts to people heading to thunderhill (you can get a room for $70, and if you split it w/a few peeps it become pretty economical).
if anyone wants to go (and if it's your first track day), i'm down to help you understand what you're getting in to, how the day works, what to bring and how to prepare the car for the track. you're not driving at 110%, and while it's not EASY on the car, it's also not ABUSIVE. and, if some people end up going, we'll also try and claim some prelude-only paddock space.
