I just wanted to send out a message to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I also wanted to see who is planning to be racing with us for 2006 so we can plan accordingly. Attendance was disappointing in 2005 with an average of only 3 Honda Challenge cars per event but I have hope we will turn things around in 2006. I've heard of several new cars being built and a few out of state racers moving to the area so I hope to at least double our attendance average in 2006.
A few track records fell in 2005 and I have sent those to NASA so the Honda Challenge website
www.hondachallenge.com can be modified accordingly. I am having Honda Challenge windshield banners made in an effort to promote the series so please get with me if you want some other color than white. NASA Texas has the 2006 schedule posted on
http://www.nasatx.com and as everyone probably already knows, we have a new track called Motorsports Ranch Houston to race at in 2006. Our first race of the new year is just over a month away at MSR Houston so I hope everyone is getting their cars ready. See you at the track in 2006!!
