Has anyone used this paint?

What I am trying to do is fix my side skirts because they are chipping from the rocks, fix my bumper with chips and my side mirrors from chips. I think for the mirrors and bumper I will get the pen and the sides get the spray.

Does it come out good? Any tips on how to make it look almost perfect (how to apply and what to use after to make it blend and smooth)?
