Whats going on here

just got finished washing the car


and i founfd this...

Sorta. i had the front fixes after a wreck. but it was there b4 i got in the wreck.


I am the second owner of the car though. i got one right under the headlight where it sits on the bumper though to. i never saw it b4 i got my bumper and healight replaced.

Think its just bad painting?

It looks like paint overspray to me. You can see the edges of the tape they used as well. To fix it, clay barring should do the trick.
