my mom had bird poo on her car, and my nasty dog decided to eat it. he put scratches all over the hood where he was trying to get it off with his teeth. is there a way i can get the scratches out without like major work?

Can you feel the scratches with your fingernails? If not, then you could polish it out yourself, but if you can feel the scratches then most likely not.
