Rear lower tie bar cleanup...

it looks like poo, and has lost that super bright shiny blinding sheen.... any suggestions on what cleaner to get?

Wipe it down and clean it up with a degreaser like Simple Green. Once the grime, dirt and debris has been wiped off clean, use a metal polish like Blue Magic or Mother's Alumminum by following the directions on the package.
