polishing my SE's w/o wetsanding on the car...help!

So im looking to polish my SE rims, but i dont have the funds or the time to strip them down and wetsand polish. So im just looking for some good products to buy to polish them up while on the car with a buffer etc. What would you guys suggest to buy and how to go about it?

thanks!

I've used mothers polish on my wheels, rear tie bar, strut bar and exhaust numerous times. It works great but i noticed sometimes it becomes hazzy after like a few weeks, just repolish though and its good as new again.
