My recent Prelude purchased was repainted by a PO. They did not paint the car the correct color. It is silver and actually looks like gray clay from a distance. I want the car to be the proper nordic silver color. Can this be done by applying a pearled clear, or do I need to repaint the car?

Hope this is the right spot, I didn't see a paint/body section.

Ok. So I'm going to repaint the car. I know I want to get the re-paint paint off along with the associated runs. If I just take it down to the original paint, can I use normal primer or do I need to go with etching primer?
Also, what's the best paint for this application?
