Eagle One Nanowax

Who here has used this and how did it turn out? How did you apply it? I saw an ad in a magazine and it said it comes with a MF towel.

I think there's still a promotion going on where you can get it for free if you turn in a rebate sticker. Anyway from what I hear it's similar to Meguiar's NXT but with more solvents and cleaning abilities (emphasis on the cleaning abilities). Supposedly it could be a rebadged version of Eagle One's Pro-Line Cleaner Glaze, and EO wants to market that product to a different consumer line.

When comparing it to NXT, the look is a lot brighter and reflective as one person noted from Autopia. Durability is average, easy to put on, some streaking upon removal, but NXT still seems to be the favorite among the two because it gives a deeper, wetter look whereas the Nano gives a brighter, clearer look.

Unless of course you like the bright, clear, shiny look, aka zaino. I don't, but so many people around here love that look.

I don't like it either. Zaino gives a sort of..."plasticiky" look IMO. I prefer the deep, wet, dive into the paint kinda look.

Ive just put on the Nanowax. It doesnt seem to fill in the small surface scratches like it says but I ended up with a really nice shine. Not a deep wet look but a nice plastic fresh look (?). You get a free MF towel in the package as well.

It is holding up fairly average to below average. If I rub the surface hard enough with a cloth it will rub right off.

Is it parked outside or in a garage? Sunny or wet weather?

Parked outside for 8 hours a day then in the garage at night. I try to park under trees but sometimes the sun will get to it. Mix of cloudy/sunny/rainy weather...70-90 degree humid Iowa weather.

Its still holding up pretty well...been over a month and water still beads off and my leaf blower still blows the water off easily after I wash it (once a week).

The only problem is if I rub the paint too hard (e.g. removing bird crap) then the max seems to come off in the area I rub.

It also seems to remove very very minor surface scratches and helps cover up the big ones.

Ah icic. I wonder how well it will hold up until 8-08, which would be 1 month since you posted about applying it for the first time. The reaosn why I'm interested about the durability is because I want to compare it to the NXT.
